Energy Advice Factsheets There are five factsheets available that have been created to specifically for social housing residents; 1. Gas central heating systems – This covers thermostats, programmers, thermostatic radiator valves and a brief description of how central heating works. 2. Economy 7 and electric storage heaters – This covers how storage heaters work, input and output controls and immersion heaters. 3. Condensation and its causes – This covers how to compare condensation with other types of damp and how to control it. 4. Low or no cost tips – Full of useful tips about how to save energy and money. 5 Energy suppliers and factsheets – Information about energy supplier’s bills and bills. It also provides information on priority service register (PSR) which is a list of free services that energy suppliers are obliged to give to the elderly and vulnerable These come in a folder cover.
